weichen 6ab3b8677d Point the nested agent-intent pin at the I2 port work ...

Why: the Dev combination check requires every nested agent-intent pin
to equal the Dev top-level pin (343b1e6, I2 increments 1-2 on intent
main).
Evidence: tree-only pin move; agent-native code does not consume the
new ports.
Impact: none.
