Point the nested agent-native pin at the CWD-clean fix

Why: native main (ead690be) keeps workspace-less requests out of the
process CWD; the Dev CI build step requires a clean tree after tests.
Evidence: go build ./... green; tree-only pin move.
Impact: none beyond the pin.
