Bump the agent-native pin to c348441 (call-ID events, ctx call, serial partition)

Why: Dev top-level agent-native moved to c348441 for the E1 increment
(parallel tool execution support); the pin check requires nested
agent-native links to carry the same tree, and the squad harness should
pick up the additive kernel events anyway.

Evidence: go build ./... && go test ./... green against the new pin.

Impact: Gitlink-only bump (3b92cb6 -> c348441); no squad code changes.
