Subject: [PATCH] Point the nested agent-native pin at the RunState repair work

Why: native main carries repairOrphanTail and the N6 fix (N3 WP1); the
Dev combination check requires the nested pin to follow.
Evidence: tree-only pin move.
Impact: none.
