Pin Agent-Native stream guard for combined delivery

Why: Keep Agent-Squad on the same Agent-Native commit as the Dev composition so pin validation and runtime behavior agree.

Evidence: GOWORK=off go vet ./... && GOWORK=off go test -count=1 ./... passed on this branch.

Impact: Dependency gitlink only; no Agent-Squad source or public contract changes.
