Why: with a native that populates CallID/Status/ErrorReason the probe
path regrouped concurrent tool frames instead of forwarding them in
arrival order; the tap contract requires one frame per event.
Evidence: concurrent-identity test passes on the new pin and a legacy
passthrough case was added (verify-u11br.json).
Impact: probe enriches frames in place; order and grouping unchanged.
