Why: the Dev combination check requires every nested agent-intent pin
to equal 343b1e6 (I2 increments 1-2 on intent main); the nested native
pin follows to 3a1ad5a (which itself carries intent 343b1e6).
Evidence: tree-only pin moves; squad code does not consume the new
ports.
Impact: none.
