Why: squad members write files and call tools through the same kernel, so rewind and span hooks have to reach that backend.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go test . in adapters/native.
Impact: nil checkpoints and a nil trace func leave member runs unchanged. The agent-native pin moves to the durability commit.
