ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Failing after 31s
Why: This repo had no workflow, so pull requests could not show a vet or test result. Evidence: The job checks out submodules over HTTPS and runs GOWORK=off go vet ./... && GOWORK=off go test -count=1 ./... on Go 1.27 with GOPROXY=https://goproxy.cn,direct.
