Pin agent-squad to the context-engineering native

Why: The pin check requires backend's squad gitlink to match the Dev pin, and that squad commit carries the native context-engineering loop.
Evidence: deps/agent-squad is 4d53450, whose agent-native gitlink is 6fd1d44.
Impact: No backend behavior change beyond the shared native loop.
