weichen 19d4e1ef0d Consult resource-level authorizer on all shared read paths
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 46s
Impact: Server 增 ProjectAuthzV2 槽与 SetResourceAuthorizerV2;authorizeSharedResource(六要素受信构造、字段缺失/出错一律 false)替换六处读路径的 V1 直调(artifactContent/getArtifact/sharedArtifactGet=listArtifacts/createConversation/SSE subscribe/检索 allow-fn/authorizeProjectAction read 回落);app.go 组合根注入 authzSlot.AuthorizeResource。V2 未注册时全部回落 V1,RDM 现网行为不变。

weichen 62bfc6068a Declare admin-zone sections from compiled plugins (surface 2.9.0)
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 46s
Why: the admin zone could not host plugin-declared partitions - KTD4
requires the RDM audit partition to be reachable by RDM domain admins and
base superadmins without hardcoding RDM into the base AdminZone.
Evidence: go test ./internal/app ./internal/server ./pkg/extension green
incl. new admin-zone recording/endpoint tests; surface snapshot test
green after surface.txt update; CI (Dev composite) is authoritative.
Impact: extension surface 2.8.0 -> 2.9.0 (Registry.AddAdminZone +
AdminZoneSpec, fail-closed on invalid specs); applyCompiled records
declarations into the plugin summary; new authenticated GET
/api/admin-zone/sections returns the flattened, ordered declaration list.
Entry visibility stays metadata-only - data capability remains enforced
by each section's own command surface (fail-closed).

weichen 0a7413903d Harden cross-instance HITL/cancel command paths and add disk-full rejection tests (U7)
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 48s
Why: two-process HTTP acceptance (Dev tests/integration/multi-instance, added in
the matching Dev-side change) exposed three real cross-instance defects that the
U5 library-level tests bypassed via direct Manager calls, plus the U7 fault
matrix needs explicit disk-full rejection evidence.
Evidence: go test ./... green on SQLite and real PG (AGENT_PG_TEST_DSN);
new regressions TestCrossInstanceResolveDoesNotSettleCard (runmgr, PG-gated),
TestUploadRejectsCleanlyWhenObjectDirUnwritable and
TestArtifactOverwriteRejectsCleanlyWhenObjectDirUnwritable (server).
Impact: ResolveHITL no longer settles the card when the run executes on another
instance (command-bus fallback stays available); cancelRun enqueues the command
with the real conversation id and no longer reports a false local success;
object-store failures now provably leave zero DB/object residue.

weichen add1fbb045 Add project-level surface aggregation and task-phase guidance (U6)
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 54s
Why: U6 extends pages from conversations into the task/project
workspace - surfaces aggregate across conversations under the owner's
project scope (project resolved authoritatively from the conversation
row, never self-reported by the model), and the catalog guidance now
organizes pages by task phase (requirements/execution/acceptance)
while stating that task facts come only from real task records.

Evidence: build/vet clean; surfacesvc suite green incl. the new
project-aggregation test (owner isolation, cross-owner zero, history
retained post-disable); genui/store suites green.

Impact: New endpoint GET /api/projects/{id}/surfaces; Submit resolves
project from conversation; catalog text guidance. Existing endpoints
unchanged.

weichen 9aa51e5250 List compiled plugins in /api/plugins
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 47s
Why: compiled-in plugins (generative-ui, rdm) never appeared in the admin
plugins list: GET /api/plugins only scanned the directory host, so binary-
level capabilities were invisible to operators (user-reported gap).
Evidence: go test ./internal/app/ ./internal/server/ green locally incl.
new TestApplyCompiledRecordsSummary and TestListPluginsMergesCompiled;
CI (make test) is authoritative.
Impact: applyCompiled records each plugin's registered commands/intents/
skills into a summary handed to the server; /api/plugins merges synthesized
inproc entries (backend.mode=inproc, apiVersion=extension surface version,
provides from the registration record). Directory entries win on id
collision. No public extension-surface change.

ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 57s
Why: RDM KTD4 dual-layer admin requires base isAdmin visibility (superuser slot); KTD5 host-project binding needs trusted current-project context.

Evidence: SELF 4 ext18 tests pass + surface snapshot regenerated + full pkg/extension + internal/app suites green.

Impact: extension.Request gains HostProjectID; optional AdminProvider interface (EXT-17 pattern); inprocHost implements IsAdmin via GetUserAuthState; three dispatch sites set HostProjectID from conversation.

weichen f5eb27df86 Add the surface action pipeline: ledger, guards, dispatch, submit (U5)
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 1m10s
Why: The approved U5 scope needs the action half of the loop: an
idempotent ledger (migration v24), a single-choke SubmitAction (plugin
activation, current-revision, action whitelist, params-hash
idempotency), dispatch through the command bus so DangerHigh lands on
the existing inline confirm card with no Confirmed passthrough (the
endpoint does not even bind the field), the button-only
generative-ui.submit storing form data in the plugin KV ledger, and
catalog discipline rejecting unknown action ids at present time.

Evidence: go build/vet clean; full go test ./... green; surfacesvc/
genui/store suites also green under AGENT_PG_TEST_DSN; red matrix
covers disabled/stale-revision/cross-owner/unknown-action/idempotent
same-and-different-params/danger-high-await-confirm and the endpoint
forged-confirmed case.

Impact: Additive migration v24 + new endpoint/command; existing
endpoints and command semantics untouched (B-class whitelist starts
empty per the approved scope).

weichen 6681c3b47c Fall back to session cookie on stale Bearer key and report authVia
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 44s
Why: a browser holding a revoked API key in localStorage sent the Bearer
header on every request; key precedence 401'd all APIs despite a valid
login session, locking admins out of user management. /api/me also
reported mustChangePassword for key principals, who cannot change
passwords (session-owned), dead-ending the forced-change gate.

Evidence: new TestStaleKeySessionFallback covers fallback and authVia;
TestAuthMiddleware/TestAdminAccountFlow unchanged and green; full
go test ./... green.

Impact: invalid key falls back to a valid session cookie before 401
(cookie-less programmatic clients unaffected); /api/me gains
authVia ("key"|"session"|""), letting the frontend keep key holders
out of the change-password gate.

weichen 603f1c0fa4 Add execution ownership leases with epoch fencing and persistent run commands (U5)
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 57s
Why: plan U5/KTD4+KTD5 - before a second instance may serve writes, conversation execution must have a single valid owner (DB lease, epoch increments on takeover), stale owners must not settle (in-transaction fence check), and cancel/HITL must reach the executing instance via a persistent command inbox.

Evidence: full suite green twice-relevant on SQLite and real PostgreSQL 18.6 (35 packages each tier) - lease tests (claim/contention/re-claim/renew fencing/expiry takeover/monotonic epoch, command inbox idempotent enqueue, atomic concurrent claim) and multi-instance tests (same-conversation contention rejected, stale-owner settle fenced with run unchanged, cross-instance cancel consumed exactly once by the owner instance, non-owner does not consume).

Impact: v23 migration (conversation_executions + run_commands); ClaimConversation stacks a DB lease on PG tiers (15min, release on conversation release); settle path fenced (fenced runs emit run.fenced, no terminal write); StartCommandConsumer polls the inbox for commands on locally-owned executions (cancel routes to local cascade or DB-level close-out; HITL revalidates gate and rejects expired explicitly); server cancel/HITL fall back to command enqueue with 202 when the run is not local; app wires instance identity (host:addr on PG tiers) and starts the consumer.

weichen 75829fa442 Add the Surface store, activation guard, and EXT-17 host capability
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 40s
Why: Generative UI proposal U2 needs the host side of the contract:
owner-isolated surface storage with revision CAS, an execution-level
enable/disable ledger (default-off, epoch bumped on every transition so
in-flight submits after a disable are rejected), a single-choke-point
service that validates specs (strict decode + catalog rules) before
saving, event publish with pending recovery, the optional SurfaceHost
extension capability, and direct API endpoints that share the same
guard (no bypass by entrance).

Evidence: go build/vet clean; full go test ./... passes (SQLite);
surface store tests also pass under AGENT_PG_TEST_DSN (PostgreSQL);
surface.txt regenerated via the AST snapshot test.

Impact: Additive migration v22 (new tables only); existing endpoints and
plugin_grants semantics untouched; old consumers unaffected. U3+ (data
binding, actions, frontend) deliberately out of scope.

weichen f84733d128 Add shared execution budgets and the action-authz matrix (U3 slice 2)
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 43s
Why: plan U3 remainder (R8/KTD13) - execution admission must be bounded and shared (leases in the database, parents yield while waiting so budgets cannot deadlock parent-child), and project authorization must distinguish read/edit/approve/execute/admin with default-deny for unconfigured actions.

Evidence: full suite green on SQLite and against real PostgreSQL 18.6 + Redis (isolated instance); new tests - admission_pg_test (enforcement, per-user, concurrent no-oversell), runmgr admission tests (saturated-budget sync spawn progresses, background children share the budget, bounded queue 429), server action-matrix tests (default deny, legacy adapter read-only, action-aware authoritative + fail-closed).

Impact: admission_leases (v21) with atomic lease accounting under an advisory lock; runtime.execBudgetGlobal/PerUser/execQueueMax settings (all zero = off, historical behavior preserved); conversation turns, background and sync subagents share the pool, parents yield around synchronous children and HITL waits; queue-full rejects 429 before writing; server gains ProjectAction matrix + SetProjectActionAuthorizer with legacy EXT-8 read fallback.

weichen 5cd67be982 Close request atomicity: locked message append, card versions, atomic rate limit, recovery holds (U3 slice 1)
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 41s
Why: the approved plan U3 (KTD3/KTD7/KTD10 plus minimal recovery isolation) requires concurrent submits to not silently overwrite, unknown-side-effect runs to never auto-resume, and the shared rate limiter to degrade conservatively instead of failing open.

Evidence: full backend suite green twice-relevant paths against real PostgreSQL 18.6 and Redis (isolated instance) and on SQLite; new tests - card_version_test (concurrent single winner), recovery_hold_test + recovery_holds_test (skip/release/fail-closed CRUD), ratelimit atomic-window and degraded-fallback tests.

Impact: AppendMessageWithRequest now allocates seq under the conversation advisory lock in one transaction; activity_cards gain version (v19) with SaveCardVersioned/GetCardVersion/CardVersion and cardsvc user mutations (status/pin/action/resolve-by-ref) return 409-mapped conflicts while system mirrors keep blind writes; recovery_holds (v20) with admin list/release endpoints and fail-closed resume skip; Redis limiter uses one Lua INCR+PEXPIRE script and falls back to a per-instance limit with a Degraded counter.

weichen 9786dc1456 Wire plugin slash aliases and the intent declaration surface (G2-2)
Why: plan G2-2 requires plugin commands reachable via slash aliases
through the same bus and audit envelope (EXT-10②), and a natural-
language routing entry so '帮我写项目建议书' can reach the compile
flow. The agent-command lib now carries a validated Slash field
(lib PR #6, pin bumped to 4f583ca); the bus binds plugin-spec aliases
into the same slash table; intents are declared via the extension
registry and routed deterministically (normalized containment, longest
phrase first) to commands through the bus — the system.intent builtin
(/intent) is the chat-entrance dispatch point with a candidate list on
miss.

Evidence: TestPluginSlashAliasBindsAndDispatches — alias binds, case/
whitespace-normalized resolution, slash and button entrances hit the
same command handler with committed receipts; TestIntentDeclareMatch
Route — declare/validate, miss on unrelated text, normalized hit,
bus-dispatch through the chat entrance, longest-phrase priority;
server suite green with the dual-entry pair registered; full go test
./... 31/31 packages green.

Impact: cmdbus plugin-spec slash binding + IntentStore; extension
Registry.AddIntent + IntentSpec (SurfaceVersion 2.7.0-experimental);
pluginRegistry.AddIntent wires plugin-declared intents; server
builtin system.intent; command-pairs fixture extended.

weichen 439865616a Share retrieval inside runs and open project listing/conversations to members (EXT-13/15)
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Failing after 44s
Why: A member's agent cannot see published project knowledge inside a run
(runCtx.Retrieve and hostcaps.search are owner-only), and members can
neither see shared projects nor open conversations in them - both are P0
prerequisites for RDM G1 (EXT-13/EXT-15, proposal
2026-10-09-ext-g1-b1-b3-exec-backend).
Evidence: Red tests first - TestRunContextRetrieveShared (undefined
SetSharedKnowledgeAllow), TestInprocHostKnowledgeSearchShared (0 shared
hits), TestSharedProjectListAndConversation (empty list) all failed before
and pass after; go test ./... 32/32 packages ok.
Impact: runmgr gains SetSharedKnowledgeAllow and routes Retrieve through
RetrieveShared when the predicate is registered (nil = unchanged); hostcaps
search consults the same EXT-8 slot; GET /api/projects appends
adapter-authorized shared projects (projectView with shared flag, deduped);
POST /api/projects/{id}/conversations falls back to
CreateConversationInProject when the own-project path misses and the
adapter authorizes; store gains ListAllProjects (candidates only, callers
must filter through the adapter) and CreateConversationInProject.
Revocation takes effect immediately on both paths; absence of an adapter
is byte-for-byte the previous behavior. No pkg/extension surface change.

weichen 68c1a7272a Keep tracked-change and hyperlink text in DOCX and add an exec hard switch
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 43s
Why: The DOCX parser only read w:r runs that were direct children of w:p, so
text inside w:ins, w:hyperlink and w:fldSimple was dropped with no warning,
violating the no-silent-degradation rule. Separately, runtime.exec is a
user-writable setting, so multi-user deployments could not reliably turn the
exec primitives off.
Evidence: SELF - red tests TestParseDocxTrackedChangesAndHyperlinks and
TestExecHardDisabledOverridesSettings failed before and pass after; backend
go test ./... (32 packages) passes; a mock-mode binary started with
--disable-exec-tools hides run_shell/run_python/register_artifact from
/api/tools even after the user sets runtime.exec=true.
Impact: DOCX paragraphs are decoded from the token stream at any depth;
deleted/moved-from text, field codes and mc:Fallback are excluded and
revised documents carry an explicit warning. New Options.DisableExecTools
(SurfaceVersion 2.5.0-experimental), CLI --disable-exec-tools, config key
disableExecTools and env AGENT_SYSTEM_DISABLE_EXEC_TOOLS; zero value keeps

weichen 92ede3b970 Close the EXT-8 remaining blocks: vector sharing, hostapi face, citation consistency
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 37s
Why: EXT-8 closure needs the vector channel shared (not just fulltext), the /host/v1 knowledge face honoring the authorizer, and citation-ref-to-artifact consistency pinned as an acceptance test.
Evidence: TestRetrieveSharedVectorChannel (hash embedder: authorized shared vector hit retrievable, denied yields zero), TestSharedSearchFace (hostapi switches to SharedSearch when wired), TestSharedCitationRefDownloadable (shared hit -> Ref -> artifact content download for the authorized member); go test ./... 32/32 packages ok.
Impact: store.SearchKnowledgeVectorsShared; rag.Pipeline.RetrieveShared (own + shared fulltext + shared vector, RRF-merged); server searchKnowledge prefers RetrieveShared when the retriever implements it; hostapi Server.SharedSearch wired in the composition root through the same authorizer slot. Default behavior unchanged.

weichen 1de663a8d3 Implement shared knowledge retrieval, card mirror switch, and SSE project gate
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 40s
Why: The three pinned reds define EXT-8 slice 2 - adapter-granted cross-owner knowledge must be retrievable, conversation cards must stay out of public project streams when the host opts out, and project-stream subscription must honor the authorizer.
Evidence: TestConvCardMirrorSwitch, TestSharedKnowledgeRetrieval, TestProjectSSEScopeGate green; go test ./... 32/32 packages ok; rows follow on the task card.
Impact: store gains predicate-based SearchKnowledgeShared (FTS/LIKE shared variants + PG); searchKnowledge appends adapter-authorized hits; cardsvc emit gate (no publish = no persistence = clean replay); events project scope consults authorizeSharedProject. Default behavior unchanged everywhere.

ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 41s
Why: The red acceptance tests pin the EXT-9 semantics - held material must not enter retrieval until published, revoke must stop retrieval immediately and idempotently, manual sources must stay out of plugin reach.
Evidence: TestKnowledgePublishIdempotentAndRevoke and TestUploadPreIndexSwitch green; go test ./... 32/32 packages ok; rows follow on the task card.
Impact: hostcaps KnowledgePublish (per-ref row+vector cleanup then existing write path) and KnowledgeDelete (plugin:<id> prefix enforced); store DeleteKnowledgeBySource with vector cleanup; upload indexing gated by DisableUploadIndexing (default false = unchanged).

Why: EXT-8 is accepted (Documents #49); the surface (Registry.RegisterResourceAuthorizer, ResourceAuthorizer, SurfaceVersion 2.1.0-experimental) plus the Server injection seam must land before the read-path consultation, and the behavioral red run proves the gap.
Evidence: go test ./internal/server -run TestProjectResourceAuthorizerSharesReads FAIL (shared read 404 with adapter set); default-deny section passes; row recorded on the task card.

weichen ff43c7c9aa Unify intent routing behind the route package and enable NFKC
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 41s
Why: I1 WP3 - chat routing and the HITL free-text pivot now share one

fold compatibility-equivalent input.

Evidence: go vet clean; go test ./... 30 packages ok, including the

Why: The embedded tier starts without auth, and nothing checked Origin or Host, so a public bind or a foreign page could call write APIs.
Evidence: go test ./internal/config ./internal/server covering listen policy, origin rejection, and response headers.
Impact: Non-loopback without auth exits before opening the database. HTML artifacts get a sandbox CSP. Reverse proxies must list their public host in allowedHosts.

weichenandCursor d90b9c045b Expand dotted setting keys and mask secret pools
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 52s
Why: A dotted-key PUT was stored beside the nested object and never read, so replacing a key kept the old pool. GET also returned tools.tavily.apiKeys in clear text, and saving settings would write the mask placeholder back over a real key.
Evidence: go test ./...
Impact: Dotted writes take effect on the next read. Startup expands stored dotted keys, and the existing nested value wins when both forms exist. GET masks schema secrets, including apiKeys. Writing the mask placeholder no longer overwrites a stored secret.

weichenandCursor bead03374e Rewind tracked files and fall back before the first token
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 39s
Why: workspace writes had no checkpoint, and a 5xx before any output stopped the turn instead of trying the next configured model.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go test ./internal/runtime/ ./internal/runmgr/ ./internal/tools/ ./internal/settings/ ./internal/server/ ./internal/app/
Impact: models.chat.fallbacks defaults to empty, so existing runs keep their model. Rewind restores only tracked writes and appends a system note. Usage records the model that served.

weichenandCursor 6b0ff49f34 Gate tools by session mode and show confirmation details
Why: Plan mode has to block writes, confirmations dropped the argument preview, and direct chat did not share its stop gate with squad members.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go test ./internal/store/ ./internal/tools/ ./internal/runmgr/ ./internal/runtime/ ./internal/server/ passed. Default mode still runs write_artifact; plan mode rejects it.
Impact: Empty permission mode keeps the profile allow, deny, and confirm lists. High-risk shell commands now ask. There is no bypass-all mode.

weichenandCursor 7bef7a4f94 Send an SSE retry interval and replay after overflow
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 40s
Why: A dropped subscription had no retry hint, and a reconnect had no test that the gap is filled from the cursor.
Evidence: The stream starts with retry: 1000. A live publish is delivered, and Last-Event-ID after an overflow replay skips events the client already has.
Impact: EventSource waits one second before reconnecting. Persisted events are unchanged.

weichenandCursor 51b1ff6923 Replay an open run from its first event
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 42s
Why: Refreshing or switching back only knew the latest event cursor, so process that had already happened was missing until the run finished.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go test -count=1 -run TestConversationResumeSeq ./internal/server passed. While a hitl run waits, resumeSeq is the run's first seq minus one and is less than lastSeq; after the run completes the two cursors match.
Impact: Conversation detail gains resumeSeq beside lastSeq. No core contract change. Clients that ignore the field keep the old cursor.

weichenandCursor 44aa764b56 Recover interrupted runs and commit terminal state once
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 43s
Why: A hard kill left runs in pending, running, or waiting_hitl, a busy send stored a message before the 409, finishRun could mark a run completed without an assistant message, and a full SSE buffer dropped events without closing the stream.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go vet ./... and GOWORK=off go test -count=1 ./... passed, including store, runmgr, bus, and server recovery tests.
Impact: Migration v14 adds runs.instance_id and messages.request_id. Startup reconciliation and shutdown share one seal. Turn and workflow sends claim a slot before writing. Duplicate request ids return the existing message. SettleRun updates the run and appends the assistant message in one transaction. A full subscriber buffer closes the channel so SSE can replay from the cursor.

weichenandCursor ebeb6c599c Route a matched intent to its workflow after commands
Why: A hit intent should start the bound workflow, and a command that shares the same id still has to win.
Evidence: go test ./internal/intentgate/ ./internal/runmgr/ ./internal/server/ passed. Recognize keeps slots and the missing-slot question. StartWorkflowRun copies the definition and selects the workflow runner even when mock is on.
Impact: Ordinary turns are unchanged. The workflow runner body is still a stub until the executor lands.

weichenandCursor 63ea1a262c Register plugin workflows and drop them on uninstall
Why: Intent routing needs a registry of workflow definitions, and uninstall was leaving intents and workflows in place.
Evidence: go test ./internal/workflow/ ./internal/plugins/ ./internal/app/ passed. Validation rejects duplicate ids, unknown kinds, denied tools, and both step caps. Unregister clears the registry and the intent gate.
Impact: Script steps must stay inside the plugin directory. The server holds the registry for later routing.

Evidence: go test ./... passed, including plugin v2 assets, sidecar startup, migration v13, pending confirms, HITL timeout, hash embedder, command pairs, and the extension surface snapshot.
Impact: apiVersion 2.0-experimental rejects empty network allowlists for declarative HTTP. Hash embeddings stay opt-in via models.embedding.provider=hash. Plugin secrets resolve per owner at execution time.

weichenandCursor 6533f0fa88 Add professional standards for every agent deliverable
Why: Generated files kept Word's default theme, US Letter pages,
hand-typed bullets and empty sections. Recipes only showed library
calls, the prompt had no craft standard, and seeded skills could not
be upgraded once written.

Evidence: go test ./... passed. The house-style suite covers three
themes across docx, pptx and xlsx, and rejects a document that repeats
the diagnosed layout failures. lint on the sample minutes exits 1.

Impact: Every run gets a resident quality standard. Office files use
house-style (switchable themes, templates, imitation) and must pass
lint. Skill seeding upgrades untouched builtins and keeps user edits.
Uploads land in inputs/, and the default style is a setting.

weichen 73769f3a07 Land project inbox: aggregation, archive-to-project, project SSE (CF3)
Why: D48-D51 approved — cross-session inbox so todos are not lost across
conversations.
Evidence: store v12 index + ListProjectCards aggregate (D49 verdict:
project cards any status + per-conversation action_required only);
cardsvc project-stream emit/mirror via project:<id> pseudo-key (helpers
in core PR #11/#12) and ToProject (idempotent via ref, dismisses origin,
refuses flow-bound hitl/cmd cards); runmgr scope=project ownership;
llm.go scope param on submit_card/card_begin; server routes
GET /api/projects/{id}/cards, POST /api/cards/{id}/to_project, events
scope=project; vendored core synced; new tests ToProject/,

wires production card emitter (no-op before).
Impact: additive; no change to existing conversation flows.

weichen c0baa342fc Add url-preview endpoint and gated sandboxed fs tool family
Why: the adjudicated preview plan needs server-side OG fetching for link
cards, and the proposal's reserved-capability items call for the fs tool
family to exist behind a default-off gate (implemented, not offered).

Evidence: GET /api/url-preview fetches and parses og:title/description/
site_name/image/favicon with a 5s timeout, 256KB body cap, text/html
content check, TTL cache, and SSRF guards enforced at dial time (loopback
/private/link-local/multicast/reserved/CGNAT rejected per hop, anti DNS-
rebind; AS_URL_PREVIEW_ALLOW_PRIVATE=1 exists for local testing only,
default fail-closed; errors return sanitized cards, never internal
addresses). fs_read_file/fs_write_file/fs_list_dir register as Hidden
tools sandboxed under <root>/<owner>/<conversationId>: traversal,
absolute paths, backslashes, and symlink escape rejected; 1MB/2MB size
caps; writes register an artifact so workspace files stay visible in the
panel. ToolDesc.Hidden gates both model visibility (runctx.Tools) and
/api/tools listing on runtime.fsTools, and registry.Execute re-checks
fail-closed. ToolExecCtx gains OwnerID/WorkspaceRoot/SettingBool.
go test ./... green (fs negative matrix, SSRF negatives, endpoint
fail-closed, cache).

Impact: link previews work end to end once the frontend wires the
fetcher; fs tools are inert until runtime.fsTools is enabled.

weichen 3a973e7ea8 Add download semantics and extension MIME fallback to artifact content
Why: generated deliverables (e.g. meeting-minutes docx) had no reliable
download path — the content endpoint set no Content-Disposition, so the
filename only survived via the front-end <a download> attribute, and
contentTypeOf returned text/plain for any artifact whose MIME column was
empty, mangling office/pdf uploads.

Evidence: artifactContent now always sets Content-Disposition (inline by
default, attachment with ?download=1) with an RFC 5987 filename* for
non-ASCII names plus an ASCII fallback; contentTypeOf consults an
explicit office-format extension table then mime.TypeByExtension before
the kind fallbacks. New tests cover disposition on both modes, the
encoded Chinese filename, and the extension/mime precedence chain;
go test ./... green.

Impact: front-ends can link direct download URLs and browsers receive
correct file types for docx/xlsx/pptx/pdf/csv/md regardless of the
stored MIME value.

weichen 2c5c68d16c Add layered cross-session reading with gated peer tools
Why: conversation transcripts were the only project channel not
readable across sessions (artifacts/knowledge are already shared),
which caused duplicate parallel work; see proposal
2026-09-30-cross-session-reading.

Evidence: runmgr/crossread_test.go covers the full gate matrix
(project gate on/off x outbound flag x private target x cross-project
x cross-tenant x self-read x archived x limit clamping) against a real
store + settings chain; store tests cover migration v11, flag
persistence and tenant isolation; tools/peers_test.go covers args
validation, transcript rendering and the untrusted-content banner;
go test ./... green.

Impact: setting crossSession.read (default off, schema-driven);
conversation columns allow_cross_read (default true) and cross_private
(default false) with PATCH support; builtin tools list_conversations
and read_conversation gated fail-closed in runmgr toolCtx; nested
agent-system-core pin bumped to fd44179 (Core PR #6).

weichen 9a545b1e69 Add admin-issued accounts with forced first-login password change
Why: the user ruled out self-registration (2026-09-30): accounts are
created only by admins who set an initial password; first login (and
first login after any admin reset) must force a password change.

Evidence:
- migration v10 auth_accounts (users password/must_change/is_admin +
sessions table; upgrade test walks v1<->v10 both directions).
- argon2id hash/verify with PHC encoding; store tests cover hash
roundtrip, duplicate-owner conflict, must-change lifecycle, session
  keep/except semantics.
- e2e TestAdminAccountFlow: static login page reachable without auth,
wrong password 401, login sets HttpOnly cookie + mustChangePassword,
admin creates user (409 on duplicate), non-admin create 403, forced
change clears flag and old password dies, admin reset revokes sessions
and re-arms forced change, API-key channel untouched, 5-fail backoff
429, logout kills session. Full go test ./... green.

Impact: middleware now accepts Bearer key OR session cookie and exempts
static + /api/auth/login (also fixes the latent case where the login
page itself could 401). Embedded no-auth mode unchanged.

weichen 5871c3e771 Fix /api/me auth flag to respect Authenticator.Enabled
Why: a non-nil Authenticator with Enabled=false is the embedded no-auth

Evidence: restarted binary now returns {"auth":false,...} in embedded

weichen be513de8fd Add task list APIs with pin and archive flags (R1)
Why: the task-centric sidebar (approved option A) needs a cross-project
conversation list, server-authoritative pinned/archived state, and an
identity endpoint for the sidebar account footer.

Evidence:
- migration v8 conversation_flags (sqlite/postgres up+down; the upgrade
test walks v1<->v8 for real); store and e2e tests cover pinned-first
ordering, archived filtering with ?archived=1, tenant-isolation
negatives (cross-owner flag write -> NotFound), and /api/me shape
  (owner/name/auth) in embedded mode.
- go vet + full go test ./... pass.

Impact: additive columns/APIs; existing endpoints unchanged (PATCH gains
optional pinned/archived fields; responses keep prior shape).

weichen 4938bd095c Move prompts into a layered data library with trigger-based assembly
Why: prompts lived inline in Go (profile const, subagent string, squad
role one-liners, tool descriptions) - every copy change shipped code,
and task guidance like meeting-minutes quality lived permanently in the
base prompt whether or not the task was at hand.

Evidence: new prompts package tests (library integrity, default
assembly, skill triggering incl. attachment gate and command bypass,
priority supersession, override chain drift, command match, frontmatter
parse); composite make test green; runtime check on a live server
(40 modules across 7 layers, override round-trip, /minutes starts a
run instead of hitting the command bus).

Impact: 40 builtin modules as embed data (5 base + 1 env + 12 task
skills + 10 agent roles + 7 tool descriptions + 3 aux templates + 2
styles); migration v8 adds prompt_modules for user overrides with
basedOnVersion drift markers; ctxasm assembles multi-segment system
messages with per-module observability; subagent/squad/tool copy now
resolve from the library with inline fallbacks; skill commands surface
in the / menu and route to runs; default profile SystemPrompt empties
onto the library base; pins deps/agent-system-core to the contract
commit.

weichen e08d9b091d Load plugin workspace declarations and expose GET /api/workspaces (T4)
Why: T4 workspaces are declared by plugins via provides.workspaces (Core PluginWorkspace is the authoritative type); the host must surface the merged overlay for the frontend to render in OverlayHost.
Evidence: go test green - plugins suite new TestWorkspacesOverlay (manifest + workspaces/main.json loads, ListWorkspaces returns the declaration with shortcut and body); full internal sweep unchanged.
Impact: plugins host loads workspaces/*.json assets and exposes ListWorkspaces; server adds GET /api/workspaces passthrough; no behavior change without the manifest key.
