Why: EXT-8 closure needs the vector channel shared (not just fulltext), the /host/v1 knowledge face honoring the authorizer, and citation-ref-to-artifact consistency pinned as an acceptance test.
Evidence: TestRetrieveSharedVectorChannel (hash embedder: authorized shared vector hit retrievable, denied yields zero), TestSharedSearchFace (hostapi switches to SharedSearch when wired), TestSharedCitationRefDownloadable (shared hit -> Ref -> artifact content download for the authorized member); go test ./... 32/32 packages ok.
Impact: store.SearchKnowledgeVectorsShared; rag.Pipeline.RetrieveShared (own + shared fulltext + shared vector, RRF-merged); server searchKnowledge prefers RetrieveShared when the retriever implements it; hostapi Server.SharedSearch wired in the composition root through the same authorizer slot. Default behavior unchanged.

store.SearchKnowledgeVectorsShared（他人 owner 向量行+谓词后置）；rag.Pipeline.RetrieveShared（本人两路如常 + 共享全文 + 共享向量，RRF 融合截断）；searchKnowledge在 Retriever 实现共享版时整体切换。/host/v1/knowledge/search新增可选SharedSearch（组合根经同一 authzSlot 注入「本人+适配器放行共享」）；nil=现状。TestSharedCitationRefDownloadable——共享命中的 Ref（工件 ID）经/api/artifacts/{id}/content对授权成员可下载（原件/搜索/引用/下载四口径一致）。范围说明：基座无专用图查询端点（RDM 追溯网在下游，经工件/知识两口径覆盖共享）——卡内记录，不另造端点。
验证
三组新断言 + 切片 1/2 既有共享套件全绿；
