摘要

对齐嵌套 agent-squad 指针到 Dev 顶层（8bbf850，Agent-Squad #49 已合入）。
Dev 组合检查 test-pins 要求嵌套指针与顶层一致；P2-I2 组合验证需要。

Align the nested agent-squad pin with the Dev top-level pointer ... db5efc9b83

Why: Dev's test-pins requires nested library pins to match Dev's top-level
gitlinks; Dev moved agent-squad to 8bbf850 (nested native pin alignment,
Agent-Squad #49) for the quality P2-I2 combination.

Evidence: SELF - 8bbf850 is Agent-Squad main head (#49 merged); combined
make test recorded on the Dev phase02 task card.

Impact: Pin only.
