Integrate the recall-eval stack with the endpoint migration and align the agent-command pin to the governance-line merge (47bd060, descendant of both fe7987dc and main) so superproject pin-consistency can pass. Includes the intentgate test restoration after the intent stack restored fail-closed slot validation.

Pin the nested agent-native to the M5 fix 3ab7cd71a4 
Why: composition consistency - Dev pins agent-native at the M5
preflight tip; the backend container's nested copy must match
(check-pins).
Evidence: pin only; adapters/native tests green on the new pin.
Impact: nested gitlink pointer change.

Add conversation-scoped intent sessions for multi-turn closure 0fb64c488e 
Why: A1 - the host declined set_slot/change_slot/cancel and never kept
pending expectations, so multi-turn clarifications could not complete
an action.
Evidence: intentsession/store/server tests pass (verify-a1b.json);
TTL, revision, isolation, expiry and legacy-behavior cases added.
Impact: new table + service; chat flow suspends/fills expectations;
cmdbus confirmation semantics untouched (U-A1c routes cancel next).

Route the cancel intent through cmdbus with explicit targets c2e3104970 
Why: A1 - the cancel library command was declined as host-unconsumed,
so "取消刚才的任务" could not act on a real run.
Evidence: route/server/intentsession tests pass (verify-a1c.json);
explicit-id, session-bound, ambiguous and cross-owner cases added;
confirmation card semantics unchanged.
Impact: cancel decisions dispatch via the existing host path; other
intents unchanged.

Add intent_session to the storage-migrate manifest 9ee752c380 
Why: the A1 session table joined the schema but the backup tool's
copyOrder list lagged; the coverage guard caught it.
Evidence: storage-migrate tests pass (verify-a1sr.json, exit=0).
Impact: backup tool manifest only; existing table semantics unchanged.

Add the read-only run diagnostics endpoint 06b0c9f1db 
Why: A2 - answer where a run is stuck, who is responsible, why it
waits, the last stable checkpoint, known side effects and the next
step, from existing records only (recovery holds, HITL decisions,
confirmation cards, audit envelopes).
Evidence: rundiag/server/store tests pass (verify-a2.json); per-state
responsibility, scoping and next-step mapping cases added.
Impact: one read-only GET endpoint plus read helpers; no behavior
change to execution or recovery paths.
