Subject: [PATCH] Point the nested pins at the I1 router combination

Why: Squad PR #20 and Agent-Native PR #21 completed the intent
cascade; backend's nested pins must carry those heads or Dev
check-pins fails.

Evidence: squad and native heads are direct merges on their mains;
backend suite green before the pin bump.

Impact: Two nested gitlinks.
