Details
Include agent_system_identity in storage-migrate copyOrder 
Why: TestCopyOrderCoversAllFixtureTables fails when new schema tables
are omitted from the migrate tool inventory.
Evidence: go test ./cmd/storage-migrate/ -run CopyOrder
Impact: copyOrder gains agent_system_identity (no FK deps).
