weichen 9ee752c380 Add intent_session to the storage-migrate manifest ...

Why: the A1 session table joined the schema but the backup tool's
copyOrder list lagged; the coverage guard caught it.
Evidence: storage-migrate tests pass (verify-a1sr.json, exit=0).
Impact: backup tool manifest only; existing table semantics unchanged.
