Why: Freeze L1 skeleton KV keys and honest no-findings placeholder so progress cards stop stuffing raw task text.

Evidence: go test ./... -count=1 (SELF on ba289e7).

Impact: New TaskSummaryView helpers; findings[] deferred to U2/U3.
