Subject: [PATCH] Bump frontend to the post-merge reconciliation commit

Why: frontend 6483757 fixes the tsc breakage left by the main merge and
ports artifact events onto the items stream.

Evidence: tsc -b exit 0; vitest 33/33.

Impact: gitlink update only.
