Why: Keep the Dev project entry and task record aligned with the approved DHF implementation and saved U1 evidence.

Evidence: SELF make test passed on the Dev combination with Documents c256558; the complete output is in the task card.

Impact: Advances only the Documents pin and progress metadata; no template publication, migration, or deployment.
