Pin the script copy fix for tool-started workflows

Why: Dev should record the backend commit that runs a registered script from the launch of that call.
Evidence: go test ./internal/runtime/ -run TestRegisteredWorkflowUsesItsOwnScriptCopy passed.
Impact: Only the backend pointer moves.
