Preserve U3 r0.3 acceptance sync evidence

Why: The latest authoritative main must be included before fixing the final validation object.

Evidence: make task-sync exit 0 at sync_base 57bcb17, complete SELF receipt imported by make evidence; component gitlinks did not change.

Impact: Task record only; exact-head Dev combination and platform checks remain pending.
