Record renewed DHF component validation

Why: The Documents pin and authoritative base changed after the prior Stage 7 GATE.

Evidence: make evidence captured sync, make test, and make build on the new component combination; the initial uncommitted-pin failure remains recorded.

Impact: Dev task card identifies the tested Documents SHA and awaits current-head CI and review.
