Why: Core 权威 TS 补受管 scope 后的镜像链闭合——Core #32 → Backend #194（嵌套 pin）→ UI #52（contracts 镜像）→ Dev 组合。
Evidence: 本地 make build 前置检查仅剩 gitlink 漂移（本提交闭合）；组合验证由本 PR CI 承担。
Impact: gitlink 一枚。
