Correct U3 stage-seven review status

Why: The planning line lagged the final Backend SHA and completed independent replay.

Evidence: The task card now points to the fixed component and preserves the failed dirty-tree sync receipt.

Impact: Stage 7 remains pending human review; no application code or component pin changed.
