Evidence: make test-pins pins ok and mechanism Playwright 12/12 on the task-owned instance (SELF receipts imported by make evidence). Impact: Task card only; pins UI fadabce, Backend f24a610 and Frontend 6f8e7ec were moved in the preceding transport commit.
