Subject: [PATCH] Pin project-inbox-r1 module combination (CF3)

Why: CF3 lands across core (project channel helpers), backend
(aggregation/archive/SSE), ui (archive affordance), frontend (dual view).
Evidence: module tests green; combination make test in task card.
Impact: gitlink-only.
