CF3（提案第三期）落地：跨会话收件箱。模块 PR 已合入——core #11/#12（信封 ProjectID + 频道 helper）、backend #30（聚合/留档/项目 SSE）、ui #22（留档按钮）、frontend #23（双视图）、documents #30（指南）；本 PR 钉定组合并回填任务卡。

验证：模块与组合 make test 均退出码 0（task-sync 161fe684→29d24237）。至此 D44–D51 三期全部落地；飞书/微信投影按提案仍留远期。
