Why

Q2「拓扑库」按方案（modules/documents docs/proposals/2026-10-07-agent-stack-q2q3-plans.md，Documents #44）四个 WP 全部完成：12 内置拓扑各有脚本化后端 conformance（验收一）、review 拓扑与现行 backend runReview 等价（验收二）、mailbox 消息不能把挂起的权限批准掉（验收三）。本 PR 把级联 pin 落到 Dev 并回填任务卡。

  • deps/agent-squad c462bc4 → bcc8d08（Squad PR #42/#43/#44/#45，均 CI 绿合入）：
    • WP1 拓扑面：topology 注册表（12 名）、LoopSpec/Branch/Handoff 步骤字段、图校验 fail-closed、long_running deadline、6 conformance
    • WP2 leader 账本/重规划上限 + mailbox 原语 + RespondDecision.Actor（验收三双防线），5 conformance
    • WP3 review 驱动（backend runReview 逐段移植，同格式串）+ handoff 原语（所有权转移/过滤历史/finalize 链尾）+ group_chat 驱动（轮转/主持人/预算停机），8 conformance
    • WP4 task_board 驱动（claim/lease/complete + 依赖门 + 孤儿租约再武装）+ TestTopologyConformance_allTwelve（12/12 汇总），4+1 conformance
  • modules/backend 6e02a1f → 06934bc（Backend PR #98，CI 绿合入；嵌套 squad pin c462bc4→bcc8d08，backend 源码零改动）

Take the Q2 cascade pins and fill the task card results 60352de964 
Why: Q2 (topology library) completed in Agent-Squad across WP1-4 (PRs
#42-#45, main bcc8d08) and the backend nested pin followed (PR #98, main
06934bc); Dev gitlinks must track the merged component mains and the task
card records the outcome before the completion declaration.

Evidence: card increment table rows WP1-4 with merged PR/SHA references;
component CI statuses recorded as GATE in the card's verification section;
three-segment outputs (precheck/task-sync/test) appended via make evidence
in follow-up commits on this branch.

Impact: deps/agent-squad c462bc4 -> bcc8d08, modules/backend 6e02a1f ->
06934bc; task card filled (results/verification/increments).
