执行规划索引待澄清项「RDM 历史快照」复核（任务卡 .task/feature-rdm-status-review.md，含三段证据）。

  • Documents PR #47（merge 9505c7e）：RDM 总案 §2 标历史快照 + 新增 §2.3 现状复核（逐行复核、MS1 七条核对=2 满足/2 部分/1 阻塞/1 口径不成立/1 未满足、六项新缺口）；INDEX 里程碑表/来源缺口/待澄清同步；records 7 份 SELF 收据。
  • 本 PR：modules/documents gitlink → 9505c7e；任务卡回填（R1–R5 全 PASS、增量记录、下一步候选）。

Why: 10-07 快照三行失效（下游 103 PR/51 卡、O 决议闭环、库分期全合入），P1 排期需以证据为准；MS1 判定部分满足不可签收。
Evidence: 隔离克隆重放（RDM 4feb2f0，pins=v0.1.0）make test exit 0 / -ms1 PASS / ms0-acceptance PASS=9 SKIP=0（一次性 PG）；入口探针 400/200；本仓 make test exit=0 收据入卡。

Why: establish the authorized task workspace and its initial baseline.

Why: The planning index registered the stale RDM snapshot as an open
reconciliation item; the review re-verdicts the baseline and audits the
seven MS1 acceptance clauses so P1 scheduling rests on evidence.

Evidence: Documents PR #47 merged as 9505c7e (plan SS2.3 review, MS1
audit, six registered gaps, index sync, seven SELF receipts under
docs/records); replays run in an isolated clone at RDM 4feb2f0 with
pins=v0.1.0; the private minutes receipt stays local by decision.

Impact: documents gitlink -> 9505c7e; task card records authorization,
requirements R1-R5, increments, and next-task candidates; no code
