Dev gitlink bump for the G1 extension application package: modules/documents → 3e43193 (Documents #52), adding docs/proposals/2026-10-09-ext-g1-b1-b3-exec-backend.md — EXT-13…EXT-16 applications per the compat-policy template:
EXT-15 (P0): shared project list + conversation creation (SR-G10);
EXT-14 (P1): commands-as-tools via the command bus (Q4 option A, exposeAsTool, Entrance="agent", same audit + HITL);
EXT-16 (P1): exec backend seam direct|sandbox for the isolated exec tier (Q2 phase 2, bwrap).

These four are the base-side prerequisites for RDM G1 sequence-4 (multi-user sharing) and G2 (V0.1 end-to-end); registration on Documents main is what lets the implementation tasks be opened.
