任务卡闭合（用户 2026-10-14「继续，把任务收尾」授权）。

  • Why: 主记录 PR #457 以 squash 落地（226a4af157），main 无 from-branch 合并提交，card_merge 未自动识别；手动回填闭合。
  • Evidence: merge SHA 已核为 origin/main 祖先；R2 现场核验（svc-list 四服务运行中、rdmcand 独立 data）SELF 收据 /tmp/svc-list-verify-20261014T072236.json、/tmp/svc-info-rdmcand-verify-20261014T072259.json；R1 卡内 test-governance 收据。GATE=本 PR CI。
  • Impact: 卡片回填状态/结果/合入/清理记录并归档，无代码变更。

Why: PR #457 landed as a squash so main has no "from
feature/svc-pidcheck-leak into main" merge commit and task-close's
card_merge did not pick the card up; user authorized wrap-up on
2026-10-14. R2 (service restoration, rdmcand independent data) was
verified live today before closure.

Evidence: merge 226a4af157 verified as
origin/main ancestor; SELF receipts /tmp/svc-list-verify-20261014T072236.json
and /tmp/svc-info-rdmcand-verify-20261014T072259.json record the live
svc-list and svc-info checks; in-card test-governance receipts back R1.

Impact: backfills status, results, merge and cleanup records on the
card and moves it to .task/archive/; no code changes.
