Why: Incorporate the accepted RDM audit export and its Frontend component while retaining U3 browser coverage.

Evidence: Frontend main merged without textual conflicts, 269 unit tests and build passed. Dev composition, task-owned browser, and current-head CI will be revalidated.

Impact: Frontend gitlink and unrelated mainline RDM export files; no U3 contract change.
