Evidence: Documents PR https://git-home.u1680832.nyat.app:30319/weichen/Agent-System-Documents/pulls/90 merged as f76cce9 (SELF API merge, no CI statuses on that repo).
Impact: The gitlink moves from 3cc6438 to f76cce9. Second-instance writes stay closed.
