Why: The submodule pull requests landed as merge commits, and the parent pin must include those tips so the composed tree keeps both this fix and the commits that arrived on submodule main. Evidence: Frontend main is 8be98b4 (contains e4ca2ac); Backend main is 28ccb74 (contains 51b1ff6). Impact: Dev #161 now pins the commits that are already on each submodule main.
