ci / test (pull_request) Successful in 1m49s
Why: native 855fe41 is the first head whose go.sum covers intent's NFKC import, so the later pins have to move with it. Evidence: native go test of runtime, adapters, and exec passed; squad and backend vet passed on 855fe41 and 31ee395. Impact: three gitlinks and the task card move. Product code in Dev is unchanged. - 非目标：不实现推迟项；不改模块路径、不删除嵌套 gitlink（那是 D1 / 发版任务）；不重写已合入的 CI workflow。

结果与验证（完成后填写）
- 结果：Intent 05e74d8，Native 855fe41，Squad 31ee395，Backend 6e30569。Dev 钉住这四个头。Native 补了 golang.org/x/text v0.29.0 的 go.sum。
- 验证：Intent 与 Squad 变更包 race 通过。Native 在补 sum 后 GOWORK=off go vet 与 go test -count=1 ./runtime/... ./adapters/... ./exec/... 通过。Dev make test / make build 见合入前记录。
- 影响与剩余项：推迟项仍未做。D1 在本任务 task-finish 之后另开。PR：Intent #4、Native #9、Squad #8、Backend #51、Dev #154。
