Why: the Dev checkout has to record the frontend that adds the overview export without widening the seven-command gate.
Evidence: Frontend d9bb780. SELF npm test, 138 passed.
Impact: modules/frontend moves from 1edd872 to d9bb780, including current frontend main plus the export section.
