Why: Dev has to record the Core, Backend, Frontend, UI, and Documents commits that implement intent-to-workflow.
Evidence: make test passed, including boundary lint, core, backend, frontend vitest, UI tsc and vitest, and agent-command.
Impact: agent-native stays at a34689c. The example plugin is already on this branch.
