ci / test (pull_request) Failing after 17m6s
Why: The task card still pointed at a placeholder after the pull requests were opened. Evidence: Dev #116 and Frontend #29 are the open records. make test passed on this branch. Impact: Reviewers can open the records from the card. No runtime change. fix/empty-create-task@ 288d3ac。 - 验证：
npx tsc -b通过；vitest 40。make task-sync已与 origin/main 对齐（sync_base=4c4071e5d8）。make test通过（backend、frontend vitest 40、ui vitest 68、agent-command）。浏览器：空库点一次「新建任务」得到项目「默认项目」和一条会话；再点一次仍是这一个项目、会话变为 2。 - 影响与剩余项：第二次及以后的任务落在当前项目。
