Why: The approved RDM renderer integration now has a reproducible dependency, CLI implementation, independent review, one corrective pass and exact evidence that need a parent review pointer.

Evidence: Documents 6b3031a records RDM 019d60d4, Renderer 732e7e7, focused race/vet/full build and disposable PostgreSQL validation.

Impact: Advances only the Documents gitlink and task record. Profiles, real databases, Task 10, RDM delivery, deployment and release remain gated.
