weichenandCursor d62f6806d2 Point backend at run_shell and run_python executors ...

Why: the deliverable workflow prompts call run_shell and run_python, but
those tools were not in the registered binary, so generation fell back
to text-only write_artifact.

Evidence: backend feature/exec-interpreters 2880b58; go test ./... 19
packages ok in modules/backend.

Impact: Dev gitlink moves to the interpreter commit. Merge the backend
PR before this one so the recorded SHA is on backend main.
