Why: Stage 8 review found that the main plan still described the approved increment as a draft.

Evidence: Documents commit 6619835 adds a dated status note without changing the approved plan body; the first pre-commit combination check correctly rejected the uncommitted pin drift.

Impact: Dev now records the exact Documents component SHA for renewed combination validation.
