Why: The frontend branch gained two follow-up commits that stop a typecheck artifact from dirtying the submodule.
Evidence: modules/frontend HEAD is 9badbb1 and git status in that repo is clean.
Impact: The Dev branch records the frontend tip that includes page scaling and the tsbuildinfo ignore. No other gitlinks move.
