Why: Native#27 merged the MCP 2026-07-28 alignment; Squad#31 and
Backend#88 carried the cascade; Dev pins and the increment record follow.
Evidence: check-pins pins ok; WP3 chain CI green on every merge head;
TestStdioSlowCancelThenEcho (acceptance 3) passes unchanged.
Impact: MCP client negotiates versions and recognizes resultType.
