ci / test (pull_request) Failing after 1m37s
Why: The close branch was behind main, so branch protection would reject it, and both sides had edited the same task card. Evidence: The archived card keeps main's later sync rows and the close record for PR #126. git diff against origin/main is only that archive move. Impact: This branch still archives only feature-agent-professional-deliverables.md. Merge stays with the owner. - 目标：给智能体的全部工作加上专业标准（结构、语言、数据、版式、交付前自检），而不只提高某一份文档的质量。交付物支持 modern / formal / minimal，并可按用户指令、上传模板或参考文档切换。
- 受影响：提示词库 base/task/agent、技能 house-style 与三份 author 配方、技能种子升级、run_python 环境、上传原件 inputs/、设置 deliverables.*。
- 非目标：工件卡片上的“设为默认模板”按钮（前端交互，本次只用设置项）。

结果与验证
- 结果：Backend PR #38。常驻 base.quality；house-style 负责主题、模板、仿制和 lint；种子可升级未改内置文件并保留用户修订；附件原件落到 inputs/。
- 验证：子仓
go test ./...通过。house-style 三主题 × docx/pptx/xlsx lint 无 error。样例纪要housestyle.lint退出码 1，报出纸张、正文字体、默认主题色、空段落、手打列表、空节、标点、Table Grid、缺页码。 - 影响与剩余项：Backend PR #38 已合入（merge 2079b2dfa851bd4cbe8f399a015126c842c441ec）。本分支推进 gitlink 到该提交。样例文档仍留在主检出 .tmp，不入库。工件卡片上的“设为默认模板”按钮仍不在本次范围。
