Why: Backend#95 merged the memory port wiring; Native#34 and Squad#38
carried the port; Dev pins and the increment record follow.
Evidence: check-pins pins ok; WP5 chain CI green on every merge head;
the migration parity test GATE on backend 766a96e8.
Impact: the memory port exists end to end with write-back.
