Why: Core PR 32 把受管 scope 补进权威 TS 镜像，修复 Dev 组合构建的 contracts 再生成覆盖（嵌套 pin 同步对齐）。
Evidence: check-pins 由 CI 复核；Core go test 全绿。
Impact: gitlink 两枚。
