Why: Native#26 merged the native Anthropic client (acceptance clause 1,
audit N4 closed); Squad#30 and Backend#87 carried the cascade; Dev pins
and the increment record follow.
Evidence: check-pins pins ok; WP2 chain CI green on every merge head;
TestAnthropicPresetToolRound GATE on native main d6053baf.
Impact: acceptance clause 1 is closed.
