Evidence: Independent document replay and verified PR merges are recorded in the task card. The staged host combination passed make test with actual merged child pointers; final commit build/CI remains pending and will be recorded outside source.
Impact: Advance only the two reviewed merged child pins, expose the real plan path, and record partial stage-seven approval and pending activation. Preserve current main components and existing admission/owner boundaries.
