方案提案（待审批）：cardflow-r1 遗留三项远期的设计与实施计划。

D44/D45 卡片内容流式：card_begin/card_append/card_commit 三段式（CF-S）
D46/D47 artifact 统一：ctxasm 回填对称 + Truncated 门面卡（CF-A）
D48-D52 跨会话收件箱：项目级卡 + 项目事件频道 + 双视图（CF3）

产品拍板点：D49 聚合口径（项目视图=项目级卡∪各会话未决卡；done 不聚合）。
审批后按三任务卡串行实施：feature/card-stream-r1 → artifact-unify-r1 → project-inbox-r1。

Propose card stream, artifact unification, and project inbox (D44-D52) 67cf52bb77

Why: cardflow-r1 deferred three capabilities (card content streaming,
artifact unification, cross-session inbox CF3); user directed 2026-09-30
to implement them, plan first.
Evidence: code survey at Dev R0=d64742c (cardsvc.Update streaming base,
artifact_ref ctxasm gap, activity_cards project_id column reserved).
Impact: reviewable proposal D44-D52 with three-phase task split; no
runtime behavior change yet.

Why: user approved the proposal 2026-09-30 and directed implementation.
Evidence: approval recorded in status line and D49 note.
Impact: docs-only; unlocks CF-S task start.
